Revolution Mill 3D Rendering

ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION

Revolution Mill was formerly Cone Mills flagship in Greensboro and was currently undergoing a $100 million renovation to become the newest community in Greensboro, NC to live, work, and play. They commissioned Common Giant Creative to create three different 3D visualizations; Apartment View, Office View, and Outdoor View.

Throughout the ongoing construction phase, we diligently collected reference materials and photographs crucial for visualizing the intended outcome of each rendering. I personally ensured to capture images of the area and textures that needed to closely mirror the final render.

In a leadership role, I guided a team of three 3D artists, including myself, to efficiently generate these substantial renderings within a tight timeframe. I orchestrated the project schedule and maintained communication with the client to update them on our progress.

I also photographed the staff of the client for incorporation into the renderings, contributing to the personalized touch. Furthermore, I oversaw the print compositing stage to finalize the 3D renderings.

I’m pleased to report that the project was a resounding success. The client was highly appreciative of the final results, which were not only well-received during their event but also effectively utilized across various press releases
